Dubai: Next music capital - Oh no - Sting is coming! On December 12 Sting will be in town to open the new Palladium. This is partly to do with American concert-Behemoth Live Nation buying Dubai's Mirage Promotions, and partly to do with evil forces beyond our control. (I really can't stand Sting).

Shortage Linked to the Boom in Dubai - Now Dubai is even being blamed for the New York City crane accident!! Note that the president of the Building Trade Employees Association uses the "25 percent of the world's construction cranes are in Dubai" falsehood. Ugh. We've been over this already!
