DEWmocracyIt's times like this that I really miss the States.

Have you seen this DEWmocracy thing?

No no no, this has nothing to do with Obama or Hillary - not "Democracy" it's "DEWmocracy". As in Mountain Dew. Yes, the fine people at Mountain Dew are giving Americans the right to vote for something that really matters ... the next Mountain Dew flavor.

They can pick from:

BLUE
Voltage - raspberry citrus and ginseng

RED
SuperNova - with strawberry, melon and ginseng

SILVER
Revolution - wild berry fruit flavor and ginseng

Hmmm, I'm noticing a trend here ... did the president of Mountain Dew just inherit a ginseng farm or something?

Anyway, I hope this promotion is still running when I get home on July 11th, as I've always wondered what Revolution tastes like.

Ginseng, no doubt ...

Revolution is the only one I haven't tried yet. Voltage is good, but it's really sweet and syrupy. Supernova has a really strong strawberry taste, but a little sweet as well.

Might just be me, but you can also taste the ginseng I think, as they both have had a slight, herb aftertaste.

Pretty good stuff though.

I wish that we could get Diet Code Red in Maine. That's my favorite.

At least, so far ...

Completely agree with ra. It's going to be like American Idol.
