We're back from Al Aqqa!! Had a good time, went snorkeling, got relaxed, didn't get too badly sunburned - photos soon (once I get them developed - yes, I'm sticking with film, call me crazy).

We did get one fun digital photo on the way home that I wanted to share, though. We actually were in the emirate of Umm al-Quwain after a quick stop at the world-famous Barracuda Beach Resort (see The Barracuda a/k/a Rum Running in the 21 Century) when we ran into a ... camel traffic jam!



Seriously, a dozen camels, taking their sweet time.
