I just read an article online called "Atkins designs super slim tower in Dubai".Hahahahahaha!
I thought it was a joke.
See, I was picturing the whole "can't eat bread" low-carb diet fad of the early 2000s. That Atkins.
But it's not.
It'd be funny if it was, though, you know, because the tower is "super slim".
Get it?
But no, the 1240 foot, 81 story, P-17 Tower (what a horrid name) is being designed by UK-based architecture and engineering firm Atkins.
Ahhhh.
It's going to have offices, apartments, a 14-level parking garage, a five-star hotel, pony rides and cotton candy for everyone.
Okay, maybe not the last two.
But it will, and I quote, "have the illusion of constantly changing its appearance with the movement of people and the sun".
Ahhh, so it's magic.
Awesome.
