Well yesterday I was at the Hallmark store in the Mall of the Emirates, and I saw this postcard of the Palm, and you can totally see our house!
Not sure when the photo was taken. There are (obviously) lots of buildings missing, so I'm thinking 2004 or 2005?
Anyway, here's a photo of the postcard (I was too lazy to go to the library to scan it) and a close up of our place (we're under the soccer field, facing the tennis courts):
